Privacy notice
The marketplace stores the minimum data required to verify purchases, provide entitled downloads, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
Data we process
- Normalized purchase email and Dodo customer/payment identifiers
- Product, quantity, amount, currency, payment state, and update-window dates
- Release and protected-download audit outcomes
- Support correspondence and details you intentionally provide
- Keyed, privacy-preserving request fingerprints used for rate limits
Data we do not store
pConPlugins does not persist raw license keys in the marketplace database. Dodo API keys, webhook secrets, private storage paths, and full payment-card details are not client data and are never placed in public bundles or ordinary application logs.
Why data is used
Data is used to confirm payment, calculate update eligibility, prevent replay and abusive downloads, provide support, meet accounting obligations, and investigate operational failures. It is not used to build an advertising profile.
Processors and retention
Dodo Payments processes checkout as merchant of record. Infrastructure providers process encrypted service data as needed to host and back up the marketplace. Records are retained only for entitlement, support, security, accounting, and legal needs.
Your request
Contact support@pconplugins.com from the purchase address to request access, correction, or deletion review. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations.
