Licensing without a subscription

A permanent license

The license itself does not expire. You may continue using an eligible version after the included update period ends, subject to the product terms and host compatibility for that release.

One device for each purchased seat

A quantity of one permits one active device. Buying additional units increases the permitted active-device count by the same amount. A key may be activated only up to that purchased limit.

Updates and support are included for one year

Your update window begins at the verified purchase time. You may download releases published on or before the end of that window, plus any later release explicitly marked as a maintenance or security exception.

When the window ends, the newest release covered during that year remains available. Renewing update access is optional and does not convert the original license into a subscription.

Moving to a new computer

1. Open the plugin activation screen on the current computer.
2. Deactivate that license instance while the computer is available.
3. Install an eligible release on the replacement computer.
4. Activate it with the same key.

If the old device is unavailable, contact support with the purchase email and the last four characters of the key. Never send a full license key in an unrequested screenshot or public message.

Refunds and revocation

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. An approved refund, chargeback, license disablement, or confirmed payment reversal closes local download access after the provider state is verified.
