Terms of service

These terms describe the launch license and service boundaries. Verified business details replace the Test Mode notice before live sales.

Purchases and merchant of record

Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment collection, receipts, and applicable transaction taxes. The amount and currency shown by the verified Dodo checkout are the commercial transaction values.

License grant

A completed one-time purchase grants a non-transferable permanent license for the purchased product and quantity. Each unit permits one simultaneous device activation. You may not resell, share, expose, reverse engineer, or use a key to bypass activation.

Updates, support, and compatibility

Updates and support are included for one year from verified payment. Compatibility is declared per release and is not a promise that future host versions will support an older package.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not attack, automate abusive requests against, probe, or circumvent checkout, licensing, download, or rate-limit controls. Services may be paused to address abuse, security, provider failure, or maintenance without converting an unknown payment into a successful entitlement.
